Titled Rothenburg o. T. (over the Tauber River), this hand-tinted etching by Ernst Geissendorfer (1908-1993) depicts a view of St. Jacobskirche (church) looking west. The piece belongs to a good friend and aficionado of fine art. He has recently moved to a smaller residence and must reluctantly give up many of his pieces.
• It measures 9-1/2" x 11-1/2" x 13/16” with a 3-3/4" x 6" mat window
• It weighs 1.07 lb., has frame pads on the back and a solid hanger wire.
• There is some very minor, hard-to-see edge wear on the frame, upper left side.
