This is one of the most beautiful apartments in my complex. I have spent over $13,000 on remodeling this particular condo apartment which is about $5,000 more than I have ever spent remodeling any other apartment in my complex of 8 apartments. I have owned these apartments for over 20 years and you will enjoy working with me as opposed to working with a MANAGEMENT COMPANY, which in my opinion are mostly quite corrupt. Also, I want to tell you that there is a ductless heating and air conditioning units in the apt. that is a very affordable system. That system cost me over $40,000. I hope to see you at the OPEN HOUSE ON SUNDAY, 2-22-2026. I will have applications for you to fill out at your earliest convenience so I can make a decision for my next tenant.
