Hello, My current tenet is moving out in June. I'm looking for mature, clean, responsible renter for a tiny home on my property. Its a half acre in town. The tiny house shares the property with a 3 bedroom house and garage. Currently my aging parents live in the house. I stay in the garage studio when i'm in town (not often). You would be sharing the property with a couple in there 60's. Neighborhoods kinda rough, but the property faces the river and provides privacy with great neighbors adjacent. The tiny home is clean and quite. Hooked up to city utilities: power, water, sewer. You would need to have a job, a working car and not need a lot of storage space.
