Pets: case-by-case. If allowed, pet deposit is $300, and $30/month pet rent.

We bought this house in 2008 to live in. It's a perfect location - bike trails to both the VRC and UO, foot path, hiking trails, downtown amenities. We absolutely loved living there. Because of work, we had to move out of state. We intend to keep the house in good condition and will screen renters carefully.
One year lease. Long-term rentals are preferred. Will be available June 1st.
