This RV space will have a fenced surround that you can see in the photo. Our fence / gated surrounds offer privacy and security.
Your RV’s age is less important to us than how well it has been taken care of and whether it leaks or not (we do not allow tarps).
The max length of RV varies from 29’ to 36’ depending on the available spaces. Please ask.
Our property manager, Chinook Properties, is onsite regularly, and our on-site caretaker lives in the park and keeps an eye on things. Additionally, the owners are also both on site often.
Many of the folks that live at Camellia Park have been there for decades and really like it. Our park has been under new management for the last 8 years and has experienced heavy investment to make it a nice safe place to be.
Electrical Hook ups offer a 30 amp, a 50 amp and a standard 110 outlet.
Water, Sewer, Garbage all included in rent. Electric meter will be in tenant‘s name.
We are right on bus line and close to shopping & downtown Eugene.
We like pets that are taken care of and don’t incessantly bark. A standard Pet Policy Agreement is mandatory.
A maximum of 1 vehicle allowed per space.
On site laundry.
Secure Mailboxes.
Secure Storage (5’ x 10’) for additional $55 / month.
