I'm looking for someone to take over my individual lease in a 4-bedroom unit near Autzen Stadium. I need to move home for financial reasons, so the room is open now.
About the current lease (ends Aug 31):

Parking available for $50/month
One cat in the unit
Fully furnished living room and full kitchen
Important: I already renewed for next year, and the renewal automatically transfers to you. The renewal is for a 3-bedroom unit in the same complex. The rent stays locked in at $630, which is lower than what they currently charge new tenants. The new lease runs Sept 2026–Aug 2027.
The complex charges a $350 transfer fee when changing units.
It's a good setup for anyone who wants stable rent, a private room, and an easy move-in. Move-in date is flexible and can be as early as you need.
