I live in and own the home and am looking for a responsible, kind, working professional to rent the other room. I am a teacher and work 7am - 6pm M-F. If you work night shift, this could be a good fit for you. The neighborhood and house is pretty quiet during the day. I am clean, kind, responsible. I do have two cats. They are funny and cuddly. They sleep most of the day and won't bother a night shift worker.
I have been looking for a travel nurse, specifically, but would consider other tenants if it seems like a good fit.
