Established tax and accounting firm seeking immediate hire of a licensed tax professional with skills in tax preparation, accounting and payroll to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will possess the following experience/qualifications:
• LTP license at minimum, or LTC/CPA/EA
• 2 years’ experience in income tax preparation, including individual, partnership, corporate, estate & trust, and non-profit entities
• Proficient in QuickBooks/QuickBooks Pro
• Proficient with word processing software, excel, outlook, Adobe PDF
• Fast and accurate 10 key by touch
• Experience in Lacerte is desired
• Able to work in “paperless” environment preparing taxes from scanned PDF documents and other electronic formats
• Associate degree or higher in Accounting preferred
• Payroll experience a plus
