This laptop had a bad CPU unit when I received it. It has been replaced and is now a good running laptop.

It has a 1.6GHz dual core processor, 1 gig of ram, 100 gig hard drive, DVD-RW drive, 3 USB ports, memory card reader,PCI slot and a built in WIFI that works. The hard drive was reloaded with windows XP and other software. The case shows signs of wear but is in good condition and it comes with a good power adapter.

There are two batteries but neither one of them hold a charge. You can buy a good battery for this off of ebay for about $50- $70, thus the reason for the $75 discount.

I was going to use this to build a new system, but I never got it out of the sealed box. If you want to upgrade your computer from Windows 98/ME (but not Win2K), you can use this.

Note that this is the upgrade version. You must have a PC with Windows 98 or ME on it or at least have the installation disk. The program will ask you to insert that disk during the installation process.
