This would be the perfect home for retirees wanting to travel but have a lovely place with a view and little maintenance to call home or professionals that are looking for a wonderful view, relaxation, easy care landscaping and a great place to entertain.
Our home is worth at least $335,000 (comparisons in area) and is 15 minutes drive down Clear Lake to Eugene, 5 minutes to Fern Ridge, Yacht Club, park and produce stand and a few minutes to Veneta.
