I'm currently looking to move out of my apartment around the beginning of December and would want someone to take over my lease. I live with one other girl who is 20 and attends the U of O, shes a lot of fun and a great person to talk to! Our apartment is about 15 min of walking distance and 5 min if you take the bus. Its in a great location and our neighbors are really nice and enjoy having fun. The combined rent is 675 but your part would be 337.50 and with electricity and internet it comes to less than 400 a month. Landlord keeps the place looking really nice and its in great shape.
