I am moving back home due to employment troubles, and am currently in a year long lease until June 5th, 2010. Stewardship doesn't cancel leases, so I need to find a subletter. A kitchen and bathroom are shared between 3 other students, 2 guys and 1 girl. The quadmates are very courteous and mainly keep to themselves. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric stove, garbage disposal, and shared fridge/freezer, with lots of cupboard and extra storage space for everyone. Parking is reasonable and costs $25/mo for a tag - however, being so close to campus, a car is definitely optional.
