Hey everyone,
I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment to. I currently have a 10 month lease (that ends in June) for a 4-bedroom shared apartment. At the moment I pay rent at $445 a month not including utilities, while new leases this year are paying nearly $500 not including utilities (Stadium Park amped up their prices since last year).
