Close-in River Rd. area--a 10 minute bike ride to Sam Bond's on the bike path. $350 for ground floor bedroom. $450 for upstairs: finished attic with office, bedroom, 3 closets, and bathroom with a clawfoot tub.
I'm a 48 year old woman, with a cat. I'm a singer, teacher, and choir conductor. I practice and teach at home during the day, and have found it works best to live with folks who leave the house for a few hours most days. I'd love to live with other folks who have musical or spiritual interests, who like to have fun with their housemates, are pretty quiet after 10 pm, occasionally cook together, and ideally foster a community feeling at home. Open to various age/gender combos, prefer someone easy-going and eco-conscious. I'm posting this as a temporary situation because I expect to be putting the house up for sale in the coming weeks or months, which would give you at least a month's notice if it sold and you needed to find somewhere else, and I'm flexible about the length of your stay.
