My name is Cassie. I am a 21 year-old junior at the University of Oregon. I am currently studying in México for the Fall term. I am looking to sublet/share/rent a room that is very close to campus (20 minute walk or less). A place that is furnished already (Washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and furniture, furniture, bed) is preferable. I would really like to have fast internet use. A place to park my car is also preferable (will pay extra). I am a person who studies very hard, likes to enjoy a party occasionallty, but usually just likes to spend time with close friends. I spend a lot of time at home, but have many activities that take me to campus. While I don't have any to bring with me, I like pets very much and am willing to live with some. However, I can usually only handle smoking when it is outside. While my personal space can be amiss sometimes, I am very tidy with shared spaces. I am looking to make friends with my roommate(s), but am very capable to only live respectably together. I am hoping to use this space from end of December-June 2010, but am able to only use it until the end of winter term.
