My roommate and I have a three-bedroom and one bathroom house about 8 blocks east of campus in the quiet Fairmont neighborhood. We are looking to have someone moved into the house by December 1. We have a secluded driveway with two covered spots, but it can fit four vehicles. We have a dining room and living room, which also has room to keep your bike indoors if you have one.

The house is fully furnished, to include a washer and dryer system. We have cable internet, a networked printer and a full working entertainment system, if you enjoy television or dvds. We don�t watch a terrible amount of television, as we both go to school full-time, but we DVR our favorites. The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and baking. The kitchen has all the common appliances (dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, fridge, toaster oven) and we have a BBQ for grilling.

We all split the rent three ways for $320 per person. We also split the eweb, the Comcast, and Sanipac equally per person for an average of $65-$100 each, depending on the utility usage for the month. Our current roommate had to leave mid way through the term for financial reasons, or else we wouldn�t be looking for a roommate.

Both my roommate and I are full time students at the University of Oregon and looking to graduate this spring. We are both males, and have no preference for our roommate�s sex. We have had female and male roommates in the past and have had pleasant experiences in both situations. I am a 21-year-old business major and my roommate is a 25-year-old journalism major. We both spend a lot of time on campus, but love our house. We enjoy cooking, running, and the outdoors.

I love this backyard studio so much, I would even consider moving back there, making my current room available to someone else (which is $350). The house is a very easy 10 minute bike ride from campus and is located a couple blocks from the #28 Hilyard bus to campus and the #81 bus to campus one block away on Harris St. Bus #73 is also nearby. It's suburbia, but whatev. It's chill livin'. It's going to be pretty badass when I get around to really setting it up.
Anyway, I'm 28. I'm pretty active, well-rounded, and involved with quite a few things. As far as work goes, I'm currently a meteorologist at the airport, but I'm hoping to do something more creative-like. I'm really easy to live with and hang out with. I don't have people over much. I'm ok with you having some friends over every now and then, but not too much. I'm looking for someone who is also super easy to live with and is respectful of my house. I love my house and want it to stay pretty clean and in good shape, but I'm not anal about things. A well-behaved cat would be cool, but negative on any other pets.
The room is $500 which is less than 1/2 the mortgage. I'd expect first and $250 for a damage deposit front. Also, 1/2 utilities will be expected as well which aren't going to be that bad since it's a fuel-efficient house. I don't have cable (but will if you want) and the WIFI is free as of right now (thanks neighbors, ha). BTW, there's good parking right in front.

Alternatively, there are buses that run all day long down Centennial that take you to and from campus.

Currently, we are 3 females and 1 male. We're all 21, except for one who just turned 22. We're normal, all get along, and we are just looking for somebody drama-free to fit into our household. We're students so we understand that sometimes we need quiet to study, and everybody's wishes are always respected, however we are 420 friendly and on the weekends we don't mind having a good time. Most importantly, we all want to continue a nice, comfortable, respectful living environment. Either a male or female roommate would be fine, but we are looking for someone around our age. We are all students, although I (the male) am taking the term off school to save up money. You don't have to be a student, though.

The rent is 350, and utilities are included in rent so there won't be any surprise heating bills, or anything like that, 350 is the flat rate. It's a month to month tenancy, there's no lease to sign and you only need to give 30 days notice when you want to move out. There is also a $200 refundable security deposit that will be returned upon move-out as long as the room is left in good condition. The room is available now, but we do background checks on all potential roommates so it might take up to a week to sign the final rental agreement.

The room itself is not huge, but does have a sink in it.

You: A 20-something professional or mature student (preferably female) who needs a place from now (or starting no later than January) through June, when our lease ends. Please do not reply if you have pets (the apartment complex will not allow another), drama, or a boyfriend who would be over so often he might as well live with us too. No drugs, smoking, or the habit of getting drunk and coming home at 4am, banging on the door, having forgotten your keys. If you do not want to sign onto the lease, you can pay a reasonable security deposit to us.

The cost: Rent is $870 which we don't have to split equally because there are two of us and one of you. :) Internet is $60 and EWEB is generally $40, though that will go up a bit with your heater on. We currently do not have cable but if that's something you want, we'd be happy and with your extra income we can definitely get it. (It's never worth it after the 6-month deal ends.) We could probably just have you pay a flat fee of around $400 for everything.

We don't smoke but do occasionally drink. We try to live consciously and eat healthy but aren't nazis about other people's choices. We try not to use passive-agressive communication. We won't eat your food!!! You might find us listening to music like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Michael Franti, Bob Marley, Sublime, Modest Mouse, The Roots, Ween, White Stripes, Todd Snider, NOFX, Medium Troy, Justice, Check Your Head, James Brown, or P-Funk just to name a few favorites. In fact we like almost all styles of music except I'm not into pop-radio-country, and she doesn't dig the screamo-super-death-metal shit.

We hope you: are able to pay your bills on time, are not afraid to speak your mind if something is bothering you, aren't addicted to drugs or alcohol, don't get obnoxiously drunk very often, have a zest for life, appreciate comedy like Family Guy & Stephen Colbert, aren't a total couch potato, have opinions, don't work graveyard, respect others' food cabinet and fridge space, enjoy learning new ideas and skills, have hobbies, don't have a bunch of friends over hanging out all the time, can ride a bike, aren't trying to force personal philosophy on others but are down to discuss it, love to laugh, and finally, treat others how you like to be treated.

The details: The rental agreement is month to month. You pay first, last, a $30 application fee, and a negotiable $50 cleaning deposit (meaning you'll get it back if we don't have to do a bunch a stuff to rent the room after you leave). We can pro-rate the partial fist month. Utilities usually amount to $40-60/month. Unfortunately we are unable to host pets. Bummer. We're open to couples and the rooms are large enough for it. The house is pretty well full of useful stuff but can always use more decorations and better cooking supplies- actually, all you really need to bring is your bedroom to be pretty damn comfortable here.

Great room for rent in the eugene-bethel area. The 400 dollar rent includes water, electricity, sewer, garbage, wireless internet, cable, and washer and dryer. You will also have access to the hot tub, swimming pool, work out room, pool table, and library. The room is about 10x10, and is ready now. No pets. No drugs. Looking for a female, but will accept a male if compatible. A deposit of $250 will be due along with rent when you move in.
