I am mature and responsible and come with reliable references. I don't smoke or drink but I don't have problems with people who do. Depending on the terms, payment in advance might be feasible.

I have a wonderful dog with whom I cannot part, even temporarily. So he would be part of the tenancy package. He isn't small - definitely over 25 pounds. But he has been through obedience school and is well-behaved and well-exercised. Also, I keep him crated when I am away and never leave him alone for extended periods of time.

I will be attending winter semester at UO and so would like to stay within 10 or so miles of Eugene but would consider advantageous offers located slightly outside that radius. I am open to a wide range of living situations - including housemates and shared living spaces - but would need some sort of cook-top on which to make my meals.

I've just arrived back in the states from a 20 month long trip in Switzerland, and will be staying in Eugene until late January, when I have a one way ticket to Brazil. I'm currently housesitting for some good friends, but that's going to dry up soon =) I'm looking for some nice people that have an extra room, or any sort of extra space available that I could fit a small bed onto.
