Hello! I am looking for a one bedroom apartment for winter and spring term and on. I am moving back to Eugene to go back to school and am trying to get a place close to UO that is still fairly nice. The max I would want to pay would be $600, obviously I would prefer lower. So, I am looking to take over someone's lease or possibly just start a new one. I would like to get this set up as soon as possible so I can get everything squared away and stop stressing about having a place to live! I am very quiet and it would just be me there; I would be a great tenant. I look forward to hearing from you and appreciate your time taken to read this. At this point in time, I am not looking for a place with roommates, nor a place that is not near campus.
