Hello, I am a single mother of a 4 year old with one on the way. I currently attend Lane Community College in the Criminal Justice Program. No sad story here other then I don't have the best credit due to poor choices at a younger age. I'm not homeless and am not in jeapordy of being homeless. I go to school full time, and will continue after my baby is born. I was evicted from a unit 2 years ago for non payment of rent. I was laid of from my job and couldn't afford it. I didn't trash the unit and wasn't a horrible tenent. I have had no issues with a unit since then. Currently I am back home untill my baby is born next month and it's just hectic sometimes. I will be looking for a place the beg of Jan. I'm looking for a landlord willing to rent to some one with bad credit, who want's to pay 3 months worth of rent in advance at the signing of a lease. I'm a very clean and quiet person. I keep to myself and I don't do drugs or drink. I have no criminal backround. I need a rental with at least 2 bedrooms and I can afford up to $700/mo or 2,000/ 3 mo. My friend was the one who told me to try craigslist, so here I am looking for someone who might give me a chance. If that sounds like you please respond I'd really appriciate it.
