I'm looking for a 1 bedroom apartment that I can get for around $45 0 a month OR LESS. Near a bus line is really really really important. I have to be able to move in by December 10th. Please help! I work minimum wage so if you're willing to accept like yard work or cleaning or something in exchange for a discount on the security deposit or something that would be greatly loved (but not expected) I'd prefer not to have room mates but I'm not set in stone on it if they're quiet and let me keep myself to myself.
I'm a nonsmoker and don't drink. I'm quiet and pretty much keep to myself. Occasionally would have a small group of friends over to play video games but beyond that you wouldn't hear anything out of me. I always try to pay my bills on time (haven't missed one yet thankfully!)
I really hope to hear from someone soon with this.
