I’m an older (aka mature) returning student, starting my PhD journey in January at UO. I’m looking for a rental- preferably starting in January or mid to late December. Looking for a place with a maximum rent of $775 mo ( I would be thrilled to pay less).
I’m seeking either a one person rental or a shared housing setup in a non-cramped setting.
I’m quiet, neat and an all-around good tenant . Can provide loads of references – have lived in my Berkeley apartment for over ten years. I don’t smoke and my idea of a party revolves around some friends, a good bottle of wine and some farmers market potluck offerings. Drama- not my style.
I do have a sweet big 13-year-old dog- his character references are even more stellar than mine! These days he mainly sleeps and will give a tentative yelp when a squirrel gets within pouncing distance.
