Single adult male seeking small, clean, 1 BR (possibly 2 BR) apartment in Downtown Eugene or Near Campus. Willing to pay $500 to $600 / month. I have a daughter who will be with me part of the time, but will primarily live with her mother.

I'm a former UO employee with a graduate degree. Mature and responsible but currently unemployed (but looking). My rental history is excellent, though my credit rating is not ideal due to the loss of my job this past June. I have relatives willing to co-sign for me and take responsibility for any unpaid rent.

A quiet area would be preferable, but will consider anything in the Downtown or Campus area.

Need housing by December 1st. Can pay 1st, last, and reasonable deposit.
