I am posting this in hopes that someone who has the ability to assist can. I am currently in SHMC Riverbend and have no release date as of yet. My Dr's are trying to transfer me to OHSU but I have a even bigger problem. I have 3 kids under 9 and we have an eviction notice on the door. My Total due is ($1108) My children are being watched by alternating family members but I am afraid that by the time I am released we will have no home to go back to. Fortunately all my other bills (electric, gas and trash have been paid. I am even offering to sell this laptop that I have with me. I have been on the phone for past 4 days despite being on oxygen and getting sicker. This is not a scam, ploy or other offense, just a very frightened mom trying to save her children's home. I cannot post a phone number as I have turned my cell off, but thanks to free wi-fi I can return e-mails. Thanks for taking the time to read this plea. I know that these are hard times for everyone, and I wish I could offer help to others in need. I am not asking for the whole amount to be paid ( what a blessing that would be) but if I could just hold off my landlord a another week or so.............. Thank- you so much.
