Absolutely mint condition, barely-played copy of this enormous and exhaustive collection of, arguably, most of Monk's most important recorded output. Fifteen (15!) generous discs of some of the most amazing jazz ever committed to record. The solo piano material alone is worth the price of admission, and many of the ensemble sessions are unparalleled, for example, the BRILLIANT CORNERS sessions with Sonny Rollins. This set is now woefully OUT OF PRINT and increadingly difficult to find. I'm selling it in brand new condition, with discs, cases, box, and booklet all perfect. The asking price here is cheaper than any comparable offering I've found online so far, and is almost exactly what the box ran in its list price. Strictly for the heads!
