This motivated team player will take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives; their performance is crucial in maximizing the successful operation of the property.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a team (2 applicants), live on-site in a management provided home and have computer & maintenance skills! We offer excellent compensation for a motivated team & possible advancement opportunities. Background check required, which includes credit, criminal and eviction history.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Review and screen potential applicants
Rent Collection
Prepare Monthly reports
Maintain organized resident files
Enforce park rules
Promote positive resident relations through various programs, such as newsletters, activities, or potlucks.
