We're selling our dock with attached floating cabin in Salmon Harbor Marina, Winchester Bay, Oregon. This is a saltwater location with access to the ocean and the Umpqua river and Winchester Bay, a favorite area for crabbing and fishing.

The dock portion is about 93 ft by 5 to 7.5 ft wide. The pier and ramp are about 94 ft long by 5 wide. The floathouse base is 23x45 ft.

If you buy it, you will own all these structures and pilings, but Salmon Harbor requires a lease for using the water space. This is currently $230/month and you are required to carry liability insurance which runs about $500/year. Electricity is about $20/month. There is no water or sewer on this structure, but there are public restrooms nearby. Also plenty of parking. It is zoned for water-related business or private use, but not for habitation. You could make it a water-accessible coffee shop, tackle shop, etc., or just use it for mooring, crabbing, or just a hang out. The actual use must conform to the county zoning: zoning.pdf.

Yamaha 25 HP long shaft with electric start and full controls. This is a 1994 Model C25ELRS motor, with long shaft. Motors with this HP usually don't have electric start, it's a really nice feature. It also has the pull start too. Also, with the remote controls makes this a great value.

The reason for such a low price is there is some trouble with the engine running smoothly at full throttle. I have spent $750 replacing all the coils and the C.D.I. unit. They didn't help the problem. Now the mechanic thinks it might be the head gasket, but I'm not willing to spend another $500 only to find that isn't the problem either. I'm just wanting to recover my parts cost.

The electric start system and remote controls alone are worth what I'm asking. If you can fix the problem (maybe new head gasket) it will be a real steal for you. If not this motor is otherwise in excellent condition and will be GREAT for parts.

This is a seldom used (and mostly garaged) 2001 17' x 54" Diamond Back welded aluminum drift boat that comes with a black powder-coated Baker trailer. It is licensed and titled, and is ready for a new owner. I have rarely used it in the past 5 years and it is in excellent condition.

The Diamond Back has a flat truck liner floorboard the length of the boat, center pull anchor system with foot release, bow shelf with storage shelf underneath, side trays, 2 folding padded seats, and a pair of Sawyer Lights wrapped wood oars. I put a good coat of gluvit on the bottom when I got it, and there are only a few minor dings and scratches on the boat. I had the Baker trailer powder coated and rewired, and it comes with a spare tire & bracket, 2" coupler, and a 4-flat connector. Everything worked great the last time I used it, which must have been at least 2 years ago.

I have a 12' Valco wide model aluminum boat with 90's 6hp Evinrude. Trailer has newer wheels and spare with newer tounge and jack. Wired for a flat 4 with new submersable lights. Had the boat for aboat a year and has been a very reliable boat. Had in many local lakes, coastal lakes, and some of the higher lakes. Also have had it in the willamette and fished tide water. Good boat for trout, bass, salmon, and even crab. Handles well and is very stable compared to most 12' aluminums. You can walk on the bench seats while on the water. Have had it out in some rough water and it handles its own very well. Will plane out with 1 guy and moves quick with 2 but can fish 3. Trolls really nice. Has caught me many fish. Its a great boat to take camping because you can fit a lot of gear in it and 2 people can easily slide the boat on and of the trailer so the trailer can be used for firewood and works rather well. Since owning it I have added 2 padded/folding/swivel seats and 3 scotty rod holders. Comes with 2 smoker oars in good shape with oar locks, 10 lb anchor with at least 100' of rope, clip on running lights, 2 life jackets, 3 gallon tank. I am not selling it for finacial reasons I am just thinking about getting something bigger since I am just about done using it for the year.
